Description
This drive away kit enables you to easily attach and detach your Drive Away Awning to your van and is specifically designed for use on most, if not all vans, to use when there is a Fiamma or Thule awning 4mm rail installed on the van.
This kit allows you to select either or both of the 4mm and 6mm keder to ensure the perfect fit to your rail. Compatible with; VW Factory Rail, Reimo Multi Rail, R-Rails, C-Channel Rails Fiamma, Thule and Dometic Wind out Awnings.
This kit contains 4 Figure of Eight plastic rods 75cm each in length and 3 metres of keder with 4mm and 6mm Beading. It is suitable for use with all brands of drive away awnings (with 6mm beading) and fits snuggly into the 4mm Fiamma or Thule roll-out awning rail.
The length of both the Keder and Figure of Eights can be trimmed to the desired size to suit the length of your van.
To fit, simply slide the Figure of 8 sections onto the awning tunnel and then slide one edge of the Kador Strip into the Figure of 8 and the other edge into the R-profile rail fitted to your van at the same time. To detach from the drive-away awning simply loosen off front webbing straps and slide out the figure of 8 and double-sided Kador Strip.
