Order Confirmations

Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, you will receive a confirmation of your order as an e-mail. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct.

If there are any mistakes in your order, please telephone or email us immediately. The email you receive is a copy of your order as sent and is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. A Dispatch Note will be included with your order.

By placing an order with Aztec Leisure you are confirming that you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

If your order is cancelled by either party or ultimately rejected for any reason, a full refund will be made immediately using our secure online payment processing system. For the purposes of this agreement, the dispatch of your order from our shop constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Complaints

Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law. To register a complaint, please send an email in the first instance to sales@aztecleisure.co.uk outlining details of your grievance. If your complaint is regarding a faulty or unwanted item please refer to our returns policy.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Any emails sent to customers of this shop will contain a link to remove yourself from any list we hold and may send out with special offers and Information we feel will be of benefit to you.

We will not pass your email address to other trusted traders unless by agreement. This will include situations involving a third party other than our contracted delivery partner. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email address.

We will never collect sensitive information without explicit consent and information we retain can be checked by emailing us. If there are any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law and credit card information is deleted within 28 days of an order being completed.

Prices and Payment

The prices charged for goods shall be those ruling on the date of order. Whilst every effort is made to keep the prices and products on the Website up to date some late changes could arise. If a price change occurs or a product becomes unavailable, you will be notified and given an option of something else or a full refund if required.

Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, which can be processed online through PayPal – or if you prefer by telephone: 01872 552372.

Shipping and Delivery

We receive daily collections Monday to Friday to ensure prompt dispatch of orders and offer Royal Mail or 24hr delivery options through DPD for your convenience. Whilst we can't guarantee any order delivery date or time due to external influences, we will do our very best to ensure we meet your needs as a customer. Please note we do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

The Highlands, Islands and off-shore UK destinations should allow extra delivery time (approximately 1 day to service chosen) due to their remote locations. This only includes postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-29, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. Click here for delivery charges and information.
