Delivery Terms & Conditions
We work closely with Fogstar to ensure your order is fulfilled and delivered promptly and reliably. Please read the information below before placing your order to understand our delivery timeframes, methods, and requirements.
1. Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

Orders placed and paid for before 12:30 PM Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same working day, unless the item is part of a Hazchem or palletised consignment.

Orders placed after 12:30 PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be fulfilled on the next working day.

Orders weighing over 70kg or containing certain hazardous materials will be sent via specialist pallet delivery. Fogstar will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification confirming your shipment.
2. Delivery Options for Lithium Batteries
LiFePO4 Battery Products (Class 9)

TNT Delivery – Free of charge
– Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days
– Additional handling time may be required due to battery classification
– If your order includes both Class 9 and non-Class 9 items, they will arrive in separate consignments
Pallet Deliveries (Large Format Fogstar Energy Batteries)

Hazchem Network – Free delivery
– A delivery date will be arranged by phone or email
– Customer must be present at the agreed time to receive the delivery
– Missed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge (up to £100 depending on location). Deliveries will be held until this charge is paid
3. Delivery Issues & Support

Please allow the full stated delivery timeframe to pass before reporting a missing order
